I feel like I’m watching the old batman show from the 60’s with the sound effects, and I say you should keep doing them. Well, it does depend on if you want this to have that silly feel to it or if you want to be a bit grimmer. But…I like it. Keep this going!
I was just turned onto this fun comic, and wanted to show my support! I’m really enjoying it. Thanks! This panel makes me curious about what would happen to the henchment, if the kicker and kick-ee swapped roles(?). Could they receive that kind of pain vicariously through VIXX?
VIXX isn’t evil, merely pragmatic. Evil would have been to arrive on scene undercover dressed as a civilian, and conceal a dirty bomb along with several canisters of nerve gas and set them to blow right after you left.
And then come back after a day or two to face the heroes that survived the radiation and the bio-weapon (if any) while they were tired after two days of helping the thousands upon thousands of civilian victims.
I’d put it the other way round: pragmatic evil goes for the multiple-round attack like you describe, while instinctive evil goes for the all-out attack like VIXX here.
