If so, leaving the crew in possession of (temporarily?) disabled amybots seems kind of … idiotic. But I suppose he assumes that his amybots cannot be reverse engineered.
True enough from the mercenary viewpoint, but in this case the payment they will be getting for their heroics is that they get to live when Mogul was planning that they would die. By accounting standards that would come under “intangibles” but I suspect most mercs would think that a good intangible worth fighting for. Any loot they can safely take off of Mogul’s body or from his lair would probably count as a bonus. ^_~
So how about they ruin your victory with intelligent, intuitive and thoughtful heroics instead? ^_^
