I’m doubting any of the henchman have any powers that our main villain was not expecting. Pretty sure he was in control of their mirror images (and kept them from actually changing, but I mainly think because it’s unnecessary and it gets too weird if our protags change so much).
1. His new timeline is one in which he has enemies and this is one of them. It would be ironic if the Mogul he replaced in this one were actually a superhero. 🙂

2. Enter Hi-Tek with zapguns ablaze as two plot threads come together. ^_^
Hmm, maybe Lowla achieved a high level of power here as well? Or did someone else track him down in this timeline?
