Awesome Hawaii comic creator Napua Ahina has started up a Kickstarter project for her original comic creation “Mysterious Things” and you still have time to pledge your support and get ahold of some of the great rewards.
Here’s a brief description of the story:Â Tempest Jinn is a genie and an ancient war hero. Thousands of years ago she had to make the terrible choice between saving the world or saving her family. She decided to save the world… and she’s been struggling under the weight of her decision ever since. But now that she’s been resurrected into the modern world, will she seek vengeance? Or will she reclaim her destiny?
Napua is also a talented colorist and was the cover artist for Henchmen for Hire Special #1. Â I was able to get an advanced copy of Mysterious Things #1, and I give it two thumbs up!
