I think of the third panel as a brief glimpse at the cover of Giant Size Victory Squad #1. Comic fans will probably also appreciate the placement of the unfortunately named hero “Zip” in the mix….
I like to think of the Henchmen as a bunch of good guys who just do a “bad” job….
