I didn’t elaborate too much at the end of the last story arc, but the Henchmen are on sort of good terms with science hero Tek Support after their last adventure. Did Tek Support GIVE the jamming device to Tinker, or is it just being ‘borrowed’? It’s possible….
The Henchmen haven’t really met the mysterious Purple Panda before, and the meeting place was kept secret until just before the actual time was set, so there wasn’t a lot of preparation time for Panda to impress them.
