With all the water filling the street, the Henchmen were lucky that they were still (unknown to them) under VIXX’s protection when the lightning struck,. Apparently she forgot or just didn’t bother to turn it off…. All the heroes in the immediate area may not have been quite so fortunate. And of course Mrs. Field was much too close….
I wanted this image to look like the first one so you could compare the two lightning stikes.  For quick reference purposes, the first time it happened is here.
