This is actually the first time Fury Fist has appeared in a story, although he’s been mentioned more than once. He was the one member of the Victory Squad who never showed up ‘on screen’ during the VIXX Saga. Of course, if he’s part of the team, there’s always a chance some other members might appear as well….

The Roid Rage serum is supposed to be a sort of super-steroid that gives the user super-strength, kind of like the Super Solider serum, but you don’t get the big, bulgy muscles right away. That’s why Chance is wearing the padded suit, so that he can look the part of the Super Villain. Of course, if he kept on taking the serum, his appearance (and disposition) would probably eventually match that of the original Roid Rage. Good thing he doesn’t have much more….
